DESCRIPTION: Hub Halves are machined from solid
aluminum stock on a Precision C.N.C. machine center.
MATERIAL: 6061-T6 Aluminum

TEST DATA: There were no signs of stress or fatigue
at 15,100 lbs.(6900 kg) centrifugal force
PROPELLER BLADE
DESCRIPTION: Constructed with multilaminated
hardwood. Root Section is under cut then encapsulated using R.T.M. Process in precision
C.N.C. machine metal molds.
MATERIAL: Blade section constructed out of selected
clear eastern Maple hardwood. Root section is encapsulated with urethane elastomer high
gloss finish is achieved with a 2 part polyurethane with added U/V protection
TOLERANCES: Balance (at tip) + or - .05 grams
Tracking (at tip) + or 1/16" (1.6 mm)
Root (all dimensions) + or .002" (0.05 mm)
Angles (blade to blade) + or 1/8 degree
TEST DATA: Regarding Blade Retention
