Props
Although GSC Systems have been in the light aircraft propeller
making market for over 15 years we have just recently entered into the
small trike and PPG propeller market.
With our current very modern production equipment we feel we can
offer you the PPG customer the same high quality product that we have
been offering our regular aircraft customers.
We also have the in house capabilities of doing a complete engine
and prop evaluation.
Our test stand is also set-up to give very accurate thrust
readings. This helps us determine which blades work best for the
various engine ratio combinations.
We are currently building up our PPG propeller database that will
hopefully cover the majority of the props that are currently in use.
However there are new OEM's and new engines coming to market every
day, which makes it tough for us Prop Manufacturers. An advantage we
may have over some of our competitors is, we have a CMM in house,
which means if you have a damaged prop we only need a sample. We then
can duplicate the original and better yet even modify it, if necessary
to get the optimum RPM that you require.
At GSC SYSTEMS we now can offer you the best of both worlds a
complete line of fixed pitch, or choose from our 2-blade and 3-blade
fully ground adjustable product line. We offer a very light CNC
machined Aluminum Hub that enables you to break down the propeller to
accommodate a very small shipping size. This is great if your are
taking your PPG on holidays with you. In the event that you have a
prop strike you can change only one blade if you happen to damage only
one blade, you can also have a spare blades which will insure you are
not grounded while waiting for a prop replacement.
We also provide
specialty props for the Solo 210 engine, the Koenig, and others. If you have a particular
propeller which works well for you, we have the equipment and capabilities to duplicate
any prop.
