How do we make them??
GSC Systems uses only the latest technology when
producing any of the GSC product. Some of our competitors rely on a lot of final hand
measuring, using templates and then re-sanding to get the proper airfoil shape. We used to
do that, mainly because there is only so many ways to make a proper blade.
However the blade profile is only as good as the guy doing
the measuring and sanding, something like buying a truck manufactured on a Friday!
It took us awhile but we designed our own fixturing and
modified some computer controlled equipment and invested is some expensive software. This
now enables us to produce our blades completely by CNC (computer controlled) machinery.

PICTURE IS WORTH A 1000 WORDS SO TAKE A LOOK!!

First, we start with the best clear hard rock
maple you can find and insure the moisture content is between 6-7% and then store it
correctly. |

|
Then use a glue and acid formula and insert
the laminated boards in to one of our purposely designed and hydraulically controlled
presses. |
